Business Management In an effort to assist clients even further, we are now offering complete business record management services for our clients. This may include entry of source documents into your preferred record keeping system, collation and collection of accounts receivable and payable, payroll administration and liaison with government departments. Rates for these services are relevant to the level of service you require and can be based on a fix price contract if you prefer.

Audit Services Being a member of CPA Australia, Andrea is able to audit your small club or association, superannuation fund or trust account.

Company & Superannuation Fund Administration With direct access to Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), the record keeping burden of company secretarial compliance can minimised and this reduces the possibility of incurring penalties for late lodgement of notifiable changes. Annual Statements of Particulars can be easily managed and allow you to focus on developing your business. If you are considering starting a new business, diversifying an existing one or providing for your retirement, it may be appropriate for you to consider the purchase of a company, trust or superannuation fund. In association with reputable financial planners and other service providers, this can be arranged easily for you and in most cases, have the relevant documentation by the following business day. To help ensure that your Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) is complying with all legislative requirements, annual audits are conducted by external auditors. Computerised Bookkeeping Andrea is able to assist you in selecting the most appropriate software for your record keeping needs. A.L.L. Business uses and has reseller status for MYOB, QuickBooks, and Cashflow Manager. We not only sell these products, but can provide the comprehensive setup and training to take full advantage of these products. Our experience indicates that many people do not take the time to setup the product correctly, and this can eliminate the time and cost savings a computerised bookkeeping system is capable of providing. As part of our service, you are welcome to e-mail your data file to us if you require any of our services.   The Banklink Service We have implemented The BankLink Service. This will enable us to work more efficiently and accurately with you. The BankLink Service will enable us to receive an electronic copy of your statement information, directly from your financial institution and integrate it straight into our accounting system. Your statement information is totally secure, as The BankLink Service complies with the stringent international security requirements of all the major banks and financial institutions. The BankLink Service is a totally separate system from internet banking and it does not allow any transactional capabilities on your accounts.
